i got 37% in My first attempt that is session 3 july attempt, Which college i get and i am belong to ST Category ?

It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you,  you got 37 percentile in JEE Mains 2021(3 July) then your rank would be around 644490 - 724500 and you are belonging to ST category then you have ST category quota and also you do not mention your state region. There is no chance to get admission in government colleges but there is minimum chance to get admission in private colleges.
