If you belong to general category, then sorry you don't have any chance especially this year when the cutoffs are expected to rise since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively and well. Last year the least cutoff was in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad which was 493 marks and other everything would be above it.
