I got 37460 rank in eamcet and my category is st can I get any top university???

there are very rare chances of you getting into the few top universities but you can go with kl university and sv university.
so unlike just rrying for the universities you can also go with the colleges which give the similar facilites like universities the colleges like Gitam, Hitam, Gokarajugangaraju and few other affiliated colleges of the jntu.
