I got 38 percentile in jee mains 2019. I am OBC-NCL,Delhi Region,Defence quota. Can I get any government college in Delhi?

Sorry to say but this is very low score to get admission into any government college even with all these quotas. Though with the help of there quotas you might get private colleges in delhi. But if you want admission in givergover colleges only then I would suggest you to drop the year, prepare hard and come again next year.
