Hey dear your rank is not so good if 38000 is your obc rank.It is not good even if you talk it for general category rank.You require a rank under 3000 max to max as per previous year cut offs and trends.Because paper 2 is for architecture and so the seats are very few regarding this.You can only get private colleges of your state.Still you can apply for the colleges you want but there are no chances at all for this rank.You can use our college predictor for further info.
