You didn't mention your category. i am assuming general here.

At these marks it is very difficult to get into a top private college . However, you can consider applying to ones which have slightly more fee structure as the minimum qualifying criteria into some are the PCB as majors in 10+2 and the NEET qualify.

However, the cut offs are subject to change every year and depends on many factors. You can go for the alternate medicine courses like BAMS/BHMS in private institutes or pharmacy in privates
