Your score is average in NEET , you may get a BDS seat . Each state and each college have different cutoffs for different categories.
For ex , In haryana the cutoffs for BDS for PGIMS , Rohtak the cutoff is always 500+ for BDS , but for private college like Sudha Rustagi , the cutoff is almost 300-350. So , it depends on state to state and college to college.
