As you’ve scored only 39 marks in TS eamcet it means that you have not qualified in the Ts eamcet. Your rank will not be displayed in the result. Your rank card also will not be displayed as you’ve not qualifieD. The only chance you have is through management quota to get seat. Or else in seco counselling if there are any seats are left over it will be alloted to you.
