i got 39 percentile in jee mains under sc category, sugest me some best colleges . please my humble request

Hope you are doing well!
In JEE MAIN 2020 cut off percentile for SC category was 50.1760245
As you have mentioned 39 it is very difficult for you to get any college.
You are not even eligible for counselling as you have not cleared the cut off.
But don't worry there are many colleges who take direct admission in the basis of your 12 standards marks .
