I got 392 marks in neet 2020,I belongs to sc category in ap state can I expect mbbs or bds seat in this year

As you have not mentioned your Category, so will be considered as general category candidate. You are from Telangna . With 392 marks it's difficult to get Medical seat in government colleges even through state quota. You can get seat in deemed universities like

Malla Medical college, Fasalwadi

Mahavir Institute of Medical Sciences.

Kamineni academy of Medical Sciences

This is based on previous year's cut off. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc .
