I got 39.50 percentile and i belongs to obc ncl . Am i qualified for jee advanced .Can i get seat engineering collage. My board marks is 77%

To be eligible for JEE advanced you either should be able to minimum 75%marks in 10+2 or equivalent exam
Or to be ranked within top 20 percentile in your category in any board exam you are appearing so you cross the first hurdle but you are stuck on second one as you will not be able to come under 224000 rank but there are many engineering colleges in which you can get admissions and in some very good colleges you can get admissions through management quota as well
