Hii..
As you mentioned that you have backlogs and want to write cat....... so yes with backlog you can write cat.. but at the end of the your graduation you need to clear all your backlog and have a graduation degree to get admission through cat eligibility for cat is Do Pal some in all subject by atleast 50%
