I got 4 percentile in jee mains 24 June shift 1, what are my chances of getting any nit? Which branch can I get

If you got 4 percentile in your jee mains then you definitely get Nothing with these results even you have any reservations. You need minimum 92 percentile to get into the NIT with the general Quota. If you have any reservation quota like SC or ST then you get into NIT with less percentile . But with this percentile.You will get nothing.
