i got 40 marks in deecet exam 2022 ts did i qualified or not ?

The AP DEECET 2022 cut off has not declared yet by the officials, it is going to announced before the counselling so it is not possible to tell whether you are qualified or not.
However we can get a rough idea of Cut off by analyzing previous years trend.

OBC 45
SC 40
ST 40
-------Hence considering these data, and assuming your OPEN category, you slightly have low chances to qualify AP DEECET
