I got 40 marks in ece 2019 will I get Ms programs in iit (general category )if not what are my options ..I want to do research

In india you can do only Mtech not MS , MS can be done in abroad , i would like suggest you try our tool for getting to know which college and PSU jobs as  just by your marks its hard to say which all the colleges you would get since lot many factors come into consideration like caste , gate score out of 1000,your graduation , so i would like to say go for our tool called college predictor or PSU jobs, that would give you exact results
