i got 40000 rank in srmjee but idont want to attend counselling now will there be a second chance for counselling

No sorry, you can't get good branch at this rank. According to previous year's cutoff....So if you want admission then we can do your admission through management quota in Srm Ktr campus contact us on : enquire2019@gmail.com

Hello Manav,
A second chance for admission counseling are only conducted if there are any seats empty.
But usually all seats of the branches which are in demand become full in the first round itself.
And then too merit will be a priority.
So chances of getting seat are low.
