I got 405 marks in neet2019 could I have chances of getting top most bamscolleges in other states also

The cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualifying, number of seats available etc.
Nothing can be said with surity but the expected marks you should be scoring to get yourself a BAMS seat is -
UR-380
OBC-350
SC-320
ST-280
With your score you have decent chances of getting a seat in BAMS outside your state too .
