I got 412 marks and I belong to OC from Telangana state . So can u expect a seat in all India quota in any other state?

As per your score, Chances are very less to get a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats and State quota seats. You can get private colleges & Deemed Universities for MBBS programme. Since it is very late toa nswer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment & also allotted the seat in any of the college.
