Afreen, even with RBA reservation, you might not get a seat in MBBS. You might get a Government Quota seat in any Private Dental College. In 2019, a score of 476 secured a seat in GMC, Rajouri under General Category. But even for RBA Category, the cut offs might be pretty much the same. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. So with a score of 420, you should have to try for BDS Colleges. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. OBC- 6219 and 8731

So as your rank is above 1 lakh , chances are less for you to get seat in your state through AIQ. But if you belong to SC or ST then , you may try through state counselling , the closing rank for the same last year was 157064 for SC and 366942 for ST.These are some colleges you may try for :
