I got 420 marks including my service marks (sc category). Can I get admission at tamilnadu colleges.

Yes you can get admission in both government and private colleges. As special reservation has been given to the SC category and you hold a pretty descent score at the same time. You can first prefrence go and apply at a government college with your proper documentation of caste certificate without which you won't be able to use your opportunity.
