i got 42607 rank in vit exam so can i get ECE seat in vellore? And to which category do i belong?

According to previous years cuttoffs it will be difficult for you to get ECE in VIT VELLORE campus as its cuttoffs are high around 14000 to 13000. You have a chances of getting a seat in ECE in CHENNAI campus as its cutoffs are around 35000.
