Since you have not mentioned any category I will assume that you are a general category aspirant
Now since punjab is state which has only 3 government medical colleges.As a result the competition in private mbbs seat is also very high whether in management or semi government quota.Also people here are very egar to get paid seat too.
At this marks considering all the above factor you v will not get a mbbs seat but you can try for bds seat.
