since you have an obc catagory you have a greater chance of getting ece, mechanical and civil in special round 2. but getting cse is really difficult. if you are very lucky then sometimes some seats after speacial round 1 go empty in NITs like sikkim, mizoram, nagaland and lower NITs. there yu may cse.
