I got 44 percentile in jee mains 2019 in sc category can I qualify for NIT

Secondly, I would like to tell you that youay not have a chance of getting into NIT even if you belong to SC category as the percentile required is very high.
It is hard to get any core branches like CSE at the top NIT but you can try for other branches at lower NIT's as well.
