i got 44 prcent marks in my class 12 is this going to be a problum in making my carer as a softwere engineer if done very good in my b.tech

I would suggest you to go for 12th Improvement exam because this score is not sufficient to apply for any of the engineering entrance exam if you want to be a Software Engineering.
Class 12th Improvement application form is going to be out, it is expected in last week of September or first week of October so you can apply for it. Keep visit its official website for updated information.

you have to improve your marks first , fill improment form and get a leat 60% ,then start preparing for entrnce text , marks are imp but they never show what hidden talents you have so , just try to imprive your marks ,so that you fullfill the eligibility criteria.
