i got 44.75 and 767 rank and passes graduation by 66% can i get admission in punjab university this year???

Well going by the cutoffs of previous years, I am sorry to say that you might not get admission in Panjab Univeristy this year. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
If you want, you can give it a try in the next year.
