I got 44752 rank in VITEE can I get the admission ???If yes then what branches I can get??

Ur rank is good but u will not get admission in this college... If u will get admission in this college then ur yearly fees will be approx 4.5 lakh.
In this college u need the rank below 25000..
U can get admission in this college but in Bhopal. Viteee is also in Bhopal u can get admission easily..

44752 is an average rank in VITEEE , chances are very few that you would get admission in the first category. However there are chances for you to get admission in other categories. You can get almost all branches in 3rd category but the fees structure will be on the higher side. These are based on VIT vellore, if you are going for VIT chennai as well then there are lot more chances of you getting admitted.
