I got 45% in 12th arts result so now I thought to be study English honours so can I have in study at bjb college

last year the cut off for English honours in BJB, bhubaneshwar was 83.67 percent. and every year it's around the same mark. With your percentage, i am afraid you won't be able to make it, unless there's a dramatic fall in the cut off this year, which is almost impossible. I would recommend you to look for other options.
