i got 45 marks which govt. college should be good for me??

Based on your marks in jee mains 2018 ,getting admission in any government colleges like NITs or IIITs  is very difficult for you...but you can try for private colleges through state counselling.

Sorry to say may be you can get admission with this score in JEE mains may be not because admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .

Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.
