hello sarath!!

with 450 marks in neet 2019 and from general category you wont be able to make into mbbs seat in government colleges under all india quota.

you will be able to get a seat definitely in some private colleges.however,if you can provide me with more details like home state and category i would be able to help you out in a better way.
