For your rank you have no chance to get CSE at top 10 colleges even having NCC reservation, you may not get even in second counselling

With 45k eamcet rank it's very hard to get seat in top 10 colleges even with NCC quota . In second counselling keep more options so that you can atleast get some or other colleges .
