I got 45.5079 percentile in jee main can i get admission in university of Delhi

you won't be able to get any college with your JEE main score because 45.5079 is too low percentile to get any college.It would be better for you to prepare again and appear in JEE April session so that you can improve and get more score.
Usually students scoring more than 90%ile will qualify the exam and students scoring more 95%ile will be able to get colleges like NITs,IIITs and GFTIs.
If you want to take admission in any other college then also you need more than 90%ile.
Its better to prepare for JEE or you can prepare for other engineering entrances like BITSAT,VITEEE,SRMJEE,LPU NEST,WBJEE etc. and there are many more.
