Yes of course you can apply for josaa counseling. this rank is good enough to get a seat in nit. You will get nit Bhopal, Durgapur, Punjab, Rourkela, raipur. You may not get cse branch but can get other good branches like electrical, ece, it or mechanical.

Yes, you can apply for JOSAA Counselling but you would not be able to get admission in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI in this rank.
