Yes you can get NIT AP.
But You will not get Branches like CSE, ECE.
You will have to compromise with the branch.

Yes you'll able to get admission in NIT AP but I fear you might have to compromise in the choice of your subjects as according to previous year cutoff trends you'll able to get civil, chemical or EEE but cutoffs vary every year so there's still some hope left.
