U can't get anything good through jossa counselling. Try for private colleges in your states. You will get vry good college at this rank

Fill as many choices as possible and don't hesitate to join if you get a chance irrespective of branches.
I said so because of the following reasons
1. At first year almost every branch teaches the same subjects.
2. There will be a chance to change branch after first year before commencement of 3rd semester.
3. You might get some college at spot round.
4. A Government college is always better than a private until and unless its BITS or in some cases VIT.
