i got 45persentile in JEE main2020 january.can i qualifyfor advanced

You may not expect to be qualified. With this percentile it is not possible to get qualified but still you have chance to choose the best colleges keep trying try to give exams related to private universities. Dont worry choose good. And your score may also increase in the second attempt. Give your level best in the second attempt, you can qualify.

It's quite difficult to predict whether you will be eligible for JEE advanced or not as qualifying cutoff percentile keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-74.3166557

Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 54.0128155

Scheduled Tribe (ST):-44.3345172

PwD :- 0.11371730

So , with 45 percentile in JEE mains you will not be eligible for JEE advanced if you belong to General or OBC or Sc category but if you belong to ST then you hold a chance and can be eligible for JEE advanced examination
