I got 463/500 in cbse boards and 93 percentile in jee mains, please someone tell me if i can get cse in sastra??

Hi ! You should keep in mind one thing SASTRA University admits students on the basis of TNEA counselling which is solely based on Tamil Nadu board exam marks and JEE main results. It takes outside of Tamil Nadu through another counselling method. So on the 2nd way to get an admission. Still it's very hard to get in SASTRA, where getting CSE or ECE is bit tough. Other streams such as core is not so tough. Lower streams are easily accessible. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
