I got 46743 (obc 12062) my hs is nit wgl should I participate in csab for biotech as the cutoff of biotech obc is 10717 ?

See, the CSAB round fills seats only if there are seats remaining after all the 7 rounds of JoSAA counseling is over for NITs. The problem with top NITs is that very less seat is left in these NITs including NIT Warangal. Thus, CSAB cutoff for various NITs varies drastically year-on-year due to the variation in seats left to fill. Generally, if the cutoff is so near, one should definitely apply for further rounds but also keep in mind the Seat Matrix of the NIT W and how many seats in Bio-Tech are left as compared to last year. Naturally the closing rank, this year is more or less following the trend so if there is a seat left, you can definitely get it.
