It depends on your category. If you are from UR category, 50% is the minimum marks in 12th to be eligible for NEET 2019. If you are from OBC/SC/ST it is 45%.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in neet is that you should have 50% aggregate in pcb if you belong to a general category and if you belong to a obc/sc/st category then you should have 40%aggregate in pcb .I hope this information helps you.
