I got 47 marks in ts eamcet , please kindly prefer which college should I prefer in engineering with group aprox and 2.5 lakh rank in mains

You will get private University like SRM,VIT etc
Because of your rank,you will not be make into any NIT's.So it's better to apply for private University.There are many good private Universities and they are offering good education plus good placement also.
So I would suggest you to apply in good private University .SRM and VIT, Vellore is one of them.
You can apply to Dayanand Sagar University which is in Bangalore or PES University

My father is not interested with Private University because of high fee structure , would you plz suggest me The better University with fee of 1.2 lakh to 1.3 lakh per annum or the better college in ts eamcet to join with my merit given in previous information with group
