To be eligible for CAT 2019 a candidate needs to have 50% in Bachelor's degree if belonging to general category. For candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Differently Able categories the cutoff is 45%.
If you belong to general then you are not eligible to apply but if you belong to the other above mentioned categories, you can apply.
