It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualifying score. But with a score of 85 percentile you should have the chance to qualify the exam as a General Category.
This score seems not enough to qualify the exam. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
