I got 47.33% in PCM & 63.33% in agreegate with Computor science (less due to some personal reason). However I am confident to get CRL below 50000 in JEE mains. In which college I shall be eligible to get admission?

As you have mentioned that you have secured 63% in your 12th , i would advise to take admission in this year by any means because from next year it is possible that 75% criteria will be introduced and you won't be eligible.

So, if you manage to get a rank below 50k then you can opt for Nits like Patna, mizoram, nagaland, meghalaya, arunachal pradesh and GFTI's like Assam University , gurughasi Vishwavidyalaya.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
