I got 48% in 12 and 56 mark in jee mains and MH-CET 56 Then I can get engineering collegs

You will get private college but u would have to apply for management quota of different colleges

U may get college but the 12 score was too low and u may get self financed college .

Definitely, you can get colleges but search for those which doesn't have a 12th class minimum percentage criteria and also be careful from fraudsters and fake people.
