Ram,
By comparing the last few years' cut off marks, the branches which will fit best for this rank is Mechanical and Bio-Tech. There are very fewer chances of getting Mechanical engineering too because almost all seats of other branches fills up up to 4k rank.

Hey Ram
According to the statistics your rank is a bit to high to get any of the branches in PES University. You can go for second round of counselling. You have a slight chances of getting Civil or Mechanical. But is it is surely worth the try!
