Hello Sidhant, Well, Getting a seat in AIIMS Jodhpur would be really hard because in 2018 the rank of the last admitted student under general category was 459. You might get a seat in the last round if you are really lucky. I would suggest you apply for other AIIMS like AIIMS Rishikesh (cutoff of 569) and AIIMS Bhuwaneshwar(cutoff of 542).
