It's almost impossible to get admission in any college on the basis of your score. You should wait for next 2-3 rounds of you aren't from a general category.

First of all congratulations for your rank. Your ranks as well marks are good, so I can say that private colleges will definitely take you in for MBBS. You can surely try for government college for BAMS and BHMs too if you want to. Second round of counseling will have all the colleges of first round. If not in second round then I would suggest you to go for Mop-up round, since your rank is what private colleges would ask for.
