You can get few decent colleges at this rank along with ST category in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh as well. You can get colleges like Vasavi Engineering College, Aditya Engineering College, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Anurag University etc. While BTech CSE might be tough to avail, the other branches like mechanical, automobile etc. would be easily available to you.
