As you mention your ts eamcet rank as 4868
....yes with rank ..there are chances to get free seat for Bsc agriculture if you belong to reserve category or if your family income is less than 2 lakh per annum and your rank as below 10000 in this condition we will able to get free seat for Bsc agriculture through TS EAMCET.. but for this free seat you have to submit your father's income certificate and you cannot submit the fake certificate as.. they verified that..
