i got 49 percentile in jee in sc category can i get any of the govt. colleges

see cutoff score changes year to year and depends on lots of factors like number of participant, question difficulty level etc, at this percentile its quite difficult to get a government college,

The cut off percentile for admissions varies every year and it depend on various factors also. As your percentile is low so looking at the previous years cutoff trends it seems you might face difficulty in getting any of the government college.
